These terms describe ShipRecap during early access. They have not been certified by counsel and should be reviewed professionally before commercial launch.

ShipRecap is an early-stage reporting service for developers, freelancers, and software agencies. It is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and generated reports may contain inaccuracies. You must review a report before sharing it with a client.

You are responsible for the GitHub account you connect, the repositories you select, and the content you publish. Do not use ShipRecap to access repositories you are not allowed to use, to monitor employees, or to process unlawful content.

Founding Pro is a recurring monthly subscription billed through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. You can cancel in the Stripe customer portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period when cancellation is scheduled. Founding pricing remains while that subscription stays active.

The service depends on third parties including GitHub, Stripe, Supabase, and an AI provider. Their outages or policy changes can affect ShipRecap. We are not those providers.

To the extent permitted by law, ShipRecap and its operators are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from use of the service. The service may change or end as the product develops.
